Soul of Winifred consumable
Soul of Winifred is an unlockable consumable in Kicks and Giggles, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Kills all non-boss enemies and spawns a Mr. ME! wisp, or a quickly fading 
Half Soul Heart for each enemy killed.
Grants Seal of Winifred for the room if it is unlocked.
How to unlock?
Defeat Boss Rush and Hush as 
Tainted Wynne.
